Grouse Mountain Gondola Wrap
Carson Ting's artwork now wraps a Grouse Mountain gondola, bringing his personal experiences to life through illustration. Inspired by core memories with his family—hiking, spotting grizzlies, and enjoying poutine at the chalet—the piece captures the essence of these moments in a vibrant, animated style.
In addition to creating the artwork, Ting served as a judge for an art competition, where winners received a cash prize and had their work featured on the new gondolas. Seeing his family depicted as cartoon characters soaring up the mountain has been a surreal experience. Visitors can look out for his design on their next ride.

The art was designed to wrap seamlessly around the entire gondola allowing the viewers to see different parts of the artwork from all angles.
