People of Downtown
ARTIST STATEMENT “I explore the human experience through the lenses of motion, time, and space, distilling its essence into fun, vibrant visuals. My work captures the energy and fluidity of life, using bold graphics to reflect the dynamic ways we move through life and how we connect with one another. By celebrating the diversity of human experiences, I aim to highlight the unique ways we each navigate the world. Through this playful approach, I invite viewers to engage with the complexity, joy, and richness of being human.”

Laying down the doodle grid.
After power washing the wall, we quickly threw down our doodle grid to get things going. For this job we used a rolling tower vs. using a boom as the ground was too soft. Apparently, a boom lift will weigh over 20,000 lbs!
Our supplies.
We spent well over $2,000 CAD for just spray paints alone. Yes, we used lots of paint!
Pre-production deck.
We always build out a comprehensive preproduction booklet prior to painting. The preproduction booklet is our guide to everything from paint swatches, grids, contacts and scheduling.
