Commissioned by Elevator Strategy. This mural took 5 partial days to complete using exterior latex and aerosol paints. This piece was done completely free hand with no projectors or grids. Thanks to the ridges on the garage door I was able to eye ball and approximate the size of each element in my mural.
The task was to create something fun and energetic that had a splash of Vancouver. Playing off the idea of Mario from Super Mario Bros, I created this bump’n bunny piece that would hopefully put a smile on people’s faces. I am convinced that if you played Super Mario as a kid, you had an awesome childhood.
